At LITRET, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The product has not been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products damaged by improper use, abuse, or incorrect installation.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Photos of packaging
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

4. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must contact our support team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, LITRET will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

If an order has already been shipped, it will be subject to the standard return process.

8. Lithium Battery Products

Due to international transportation regulations governing lithium batteries and energy storage products, certain returns may require special handling procedures.

Customers must contact LITRET before returning any battery-related products.

Unauthorized battery returns may be refused by carriers or customs authorities.
